Mandate and Responsibilities

The Vice Chairman forms an essential part of the executive committee of Olamaboro Local Government. In compliance with civil service protocols, the Vice Chairman is delegated specific supervisor roles to ensure direct control and oversight of municipal development goals.

Core Roles

• Acting Power: Representing and executing all administrative powers of the Executive Chairman in their absence or when designated.
• Departmental Supervision: Formulating policies and overseeing the operations of a designated Local Government department.
• Executive Collaboration: Participating in weekly Local Government executive committee meetings to plan and review capital projects.
