Citizen CRM Portal Integration
This service is currently being integrated into the upcoming Olamaboro Citizens Relationship Management (CRM) Portal. Online applications, payments, and tracking will soon launch. Currently, all certificate registrations are processed physically at the LGA Secretariat in Okpo.
1. Overview
All births and deaths occurring within the Olamaboro Local Government Area must be registered with the National Population Commission (NPC) office located at the Local Government Secretariat. Official certificates are essential for school enrolments, passport applications, and other legal processes.
2. Requirements for Birth Registration
For Newborns (Under 60 Days):
- Hospital Birth Notification sheet (if born in a health centre).
- Immunization/Child Health Card.
- National Identification Number (NIN) of at least one parent.
- Parent's marriage certificate or declaration (optional).
For Late Registration (Above 60 Days):
- Age declaration affidavit sworn at a High Court.
- Letter from a community head or religious leader confirming identity.
- Two passport-sized photographs of the applicant.
