Citizen CRM Portal Integration

In the next phase, all tax invoices, payment gateways, and e-receipts will be managed natively through our Citizens CRM Portal. Currently, taxes and rates are paid via direct bank deposit or through designated revenue officers at the Secretariat.

1. Overview

Revenue collected from local rates, tenement rates, and market shop levies is used directly by the Olamaboro Local Government Council to fund healthcare clinics, rural road grading, primary education, and water supply boreholes across Ogugu, Okpo, and Imane districts.

2. Approved Local Government Levies

Tenement Rates (Commercial buildings) Annual ₦25,000 - ₦50,000
Ede Ogugu & Agaliga Market Stall Levies Monthly ₦500 - ₦1,000
Agricultural/Forest Produce Rate Per Load ₦2,000 - ₦5,000 (Cashew, Palm Oil cargo)

3. Approved Payment Procedure

  1. Obtain an Assessment Notice from the Revenue Section of the Treasury and Finance Department.
  2. Pay the assessed fee directly into the Olamaboro Local Government Revenue Account at the bank (Account details are listed on the assessment slip).
  3. Submit your bank deposit slip to the Treasury Cash Office at the Secretariat to obtain an official government receipt.

⚠️ WARNING: Do not make cash payments to any individual claiming to be a revenue collector without demanding an official printed assessment voucher and badge ID verification.
