This service is currently being integrated into the upcoming Olamaboro Citizens Relationship Management (CRM) Portal. Soon, business registrations, renewals, and certificates will be fully digitized. Currently, registrations are processed physically at the Personnel and Treasury Departments.

1. Overview

To operate a business entity legally within Olamaboro LGA, companies, shops, and sole traders must obtain a Local Government Trade Permit. The permit regulates commercial standards and ensures that safety, health, and zoning guidelines are maintained.

2. Required Documents

  • Completed Business Registration Application Form (Form LGA-B1).
  • Certificate of Incorporation (CAC) for registered companies (if applicable).
  • National Identification Number (NIN) or Voter's Card of the business owner.
  • Location sketch map of the shop, kiosk, or office premises.
  • Health/Sanitation clearance certificate (required for restaurants, bars, and food vendors).
