Citizen CRM Portal Integration

In our upcoming Citizens CRM Portal, you will be able to file geo-located reports, upload photographs, and track the live resolution status of community issues. Currently, you can submit reports online via the Contact Us feedback form, or contact your Ward Councilor.

1. What Can Be Reported?

Citizens can report issues occurring within public lands or roads in Olamaboro LGA. These are divided into departmental tasks:

  • Works & Maintenance: Road washouts, potholes, collapsed drainage, damaged community bridges, or broken public water wells/boreholes.
  • Health & Sanitation: Illegal dump sites, drainage blockages, industrial water pollution, or suspected health hazards.
  • Security & Public Safety: Fire hazards, storm damage, fallen trees blocking roads, or security threats (to be escalated to security agencies).

2. Reporting Procedure

To file a report, please provide the following details:

  1. Location Details: The exact village, ward, street name, or nearby landmark in Ogugu, Okpo, or Imane.
  2. Issue Description: Clear details of the problem (e.g. "borehole pump handles broken at Okpo central market").
  3. Contact details: Your name, phone number, and email address so works officers can verify or reach out for clarification.
