- Geographical location: Ward location for community issue reporting.
- Supporting documents: Business registration copies or identity certs for permits.

The Council utilizes citizen data exclusively to process municipal requests, resolve public infrastructure complaints, administer education bursaries, issue business permits, and send official administrative notices. We do not sell or lease citizen information to third parties.

We implement industry-grade security protocols, including Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, firewalls, and strict user-permission controls, to shield personal data against unauthorized breach, loss, or alteration. All local databases are audited quarterly.
5. Citizen Data Rights
Under the NDPR, Olamaboro LGA citizens hold the right to request access to their personal data, demand corrections of inaccurate information, or request complete deletion of their data logs from our registers.
